Our Wines

Wine made using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle from organically grown Chardonnay grapes from the Jović Winery vineyard. A structured, elegant wine characterized by a harmony of full body, freshness and fruity aromas combined with small bubbles and persistent “perlage” Aged on noble yeasts for a minimum of 24 months.

Aging for 24 months in new Serbian and French oak ponds. Vinification in stainless steel.

This powerful and extractive blend of Vranac and Cabernet Sauvignon dark ruby red exudes deep scents of blackberries, vanilla and prunes. It gives the impression of fullness in the mouth, has strong acids and noticeable but rounded tannins. Dionizije is very juicy and layered wine with good spicy-fruity ending.

Vinification in stainless steel. Aging for 24 months in new ponds made of Serbian, Hungarian and French oak.

It’s intense aromas of forest fruits, especially blackberries and currants, are accompanied by the scents of forest soil (autumn leaves, moss) and imbued with fine spicy tones. It is abundant on the palate, and very energetic. Acids are balanced, fresh, fruity and extremely juicy. The finish of the taste is very dynamic, harmonious, with a hint of secondary and tertiary aromas (leather, coffee and dark chocolate).

Wine with complex aroma where aromas of red fruits prevails, predominantly cherries, wild cherries and ripe plums, which are harmoniously combined with spicy tones and sprinkled with mild tones thanks to the aging in the barrels. Acids balanced, fresh fruit. Much to taste with a pure fruity finish. It fits perfectly with dark meat, lamb roast, beefsteak, goulash, along with various wild game, blue cheeses.

The wine is dark ruby in color, where intense aromas of red fruit predominate, primarily plum, cranberry and blueberry, which are harmoniously incorporated with delicate notes of violet. Acids are balanced, fresh, fruity and extremely juicy. The tannins are soft and ripe, with a fruity-spicy finish.

A very smooth, light wine with a mild muscat flavor and sweet floral fragrances of rose. It refreshes with balanced acids, tasted harmoniously with a purely fruity finish, dominated by strawberry flavors. The well-chilled wine is easily combined with a lot of appetizers, dishes and roast pork, dried meat and grilled meals. We recommend it with fruit dessert with strawberries.

Vinification in stainless steel.

The wine opens with a strong wave of refreshing fruit aromas – peach, grapefruit, green apple, pear. It has the structure of barricaded chardonnay, although it had no contact with wood. Showing freshness and fullness at the same time, it is smooth on the palate, and extremely juicy at the end of the taste. The finish is very dynamic, with many citrus tones (lime and grapefruit) that intertwine with the flavors of peach and apple. Chardonnay is structural and harmonious wine full of energy.

Complex aromatic wine begins with cherry blossoms and pleasant fruity notes: vineyard peach, quince and others. Very smooth with delicate acids and citrus-mineral finish where grapefruit dominates. It is nice as an aperitif wine with smoked meats, prosciutto and other, and it is perfectly compliant with fish with overflows or grilled, seafood, chicken, pork and various cheeses.

Straw yellow wine. Made from healthy – organically grown grapes with long – several-day maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Full-bodied, extractive aromatic wine rich in characteristic floral and fruity aromas. Pronounced minerality with balanced juicy acids that make it very drinkable and pleasant. It goes well with food, starting with various cheeses, fish specialties, various meats, barbecue and roasting.

Light yellow wine. Rich floral and fruity aromas dominated by yellow fruit. Ripe wine, and fresh with a developed bouquet and tertiary aromas of petroleum. Pronounced minerality, medium body with balanced juicy acids that make it very drinkable and pleasant. It goes well with food, starting with various cheeses, fish specialties, various meats, barbecue and roasting.

The intense red rubin color, produced by the original technology, from a specially nourished autochthonous variety of cherry. The originality of the drink was confirmed in Brussels in 2006. Very drinkable, seemingly light with intense and very pleasant and full aroma of cherries. High concentration of aromatic and dry matter and refreshing acid will provide you with relaxing enjoyment throughout the day. The drink is intended for dispensing “on a glass” because an open bottle can, without degradation of quality, stand for more than 7 days in the refrigerator. It fits perfectly with candy and sweets based on chocolate. Višnjica is very suitable for making original cocktails, and in the cuisine can improve and create many specialties.
